Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
Make 80–90 recruitment calls daily to source and screen candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily calling reports.
Ensure timely closures of open positions and meet hiring targets.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in bulk hiring and recruitment consultancy is mandatory.
Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.
Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-based recruitment.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced workplace.
