- Call potential customers/leads.
- Explain available plots, flats, houses, and projects.
- Ask about the customer's budget and requirements.
- Generate interest and arrange site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer/lead details in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
- Work toward daily/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
