Job Vacancy: Principal – B.Ed. College

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and overall suitability.

1. Eligibility Criteria (As per NCTE Norms)

- Postgraduate degree in Arts, Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities, or Commerce with at least 55% marks.
- M.Ed. degree with at least 55% marks.
- Ph.D. in Education or in a pedagogic subject offered by the institution.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching experience in a secondary Teacher Education Institution.
- A degree or diploma in Educational Administration or Educational Leadership is desirable.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall academic and administrative functioning of the college.
- Supervise faculty, staff, student attendance, examinations, and academic activities.
- Coordinate with the affiliating university and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable rules and academic standards.
- Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, leadership, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

3. Candidate Preferences

- Candidates belonging to Patna will be given first priority.




- We prefer experienced, agile, energetic, and professionally active candidates who can effectively manage academic and administrative responsibilities.
- Candidates from outside Patna must arrange their own accommodation and food. These facilities will not be provided by the institution.
- Candidates must be trustworthy, genuine, responsible, and committed to their duties.
