Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive with experience in civil construction to manage project billing, prepare client and subcontractor bills, verify measurements, and coordinate with site teams, vendors, and the accounts department to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process client bills, RA bills (Running Account Bills), and subcontractor bills as per project requirements.
- Prepare and verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities), measurement sheets, and bills of quantities against site execution.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for measurements, work completion details, and billing approvals.
- Verify quantities, rates, and item descriptions against approved BOQs, work orders, and contracts.
- Prepare and maintain billing statements, invoices, supporting documents, and reconciliation reports.
- Track submitted bills, payment status, outstanding amounts, and deductions.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice processing, GST documentation, TDS deductions, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of client billing,



subcontractor billing, variations, and extra items.
- Assist in preparing final bills, debit/credit notes, and work-completion statements.
- Ensure billing accuracy and timely submission as per project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction billing.
- Working knowledge of RA bills, BOQ, quantity verification, and subcontractor billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing documentation; knowledge of AutoCAD and billing/ERP software is an advantage.
- Understanding of construction contracts, GST invoices, and basic TDS concepts.
- Strong numerical, analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in a construction company, contractor firm, or infrastructure project.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams and independently prepare billing documents.
- High attention to detail and the ability to meet billing deadlines.
