Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Social Media Intern who is familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn social media operations, assist in content publishing, and actively contribute to audience engagement across client accounts.

This role offers practical, hands-on experience in managing professional social media accounts and understanding day-to-day digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Business Suite Operations

- Assist in managing client Facebook and Instagram accounts through Meta Business Suite.

- Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories according to approved content calendars.

- Learn and implement basic account management practices.

- Ensure scheduled content is published accurately and on time.

2. Content Posting and Execution

- Upload approved creatives, captions, hashtags, and other content.

- Support the team in maintaining consistent posting schedules.

- Coordinate with the Social Media Executive or reporting manager for content approvals.

- Check published content for accuracy and presentation.

3. Community Management and Engagement

- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions across assigned client accounts.

- Respond to routine comments and messages using approved brand communication guidelines.

- Engage with relevant audience interactions to maintain account activity.

- Escalate customer queries, complaints, or sensitive messages to the reporting manager.

4. Basic Analytics and Reporting

- Monitor basic metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.

- Assist in preparing simple weekly and monthly performance reports.

- Track completed posts, scheduled content, and engagement activities.





- Observe audience behaviour and share relevant insights with the team.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite.

- Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook.

- Ability to upload and schedule social media content.

- Good written communication skills.

- Basic understanding of audience engagement and social media trends.

- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Positive time management and organisational skills.

- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Students and freshers with an interest in social media marketing are encouraged to apply.

- Basic experience managing Instagram or Facebook pages is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with social media insights and analytics is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Expectations

The intern should be able to assist with daily posting, content scheduling, and audience engagement activities while maintaining consistency with client brand guidelines.

The candidate is expected to be proactive, responsible, and willing to develop practical social media management skills under the guidance of the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
