Job Summary

ISOL is looking for a motivated and technically sound Technical Sales Engineer with knowledge of industrial machines and engineering products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their technical requirements, explaining machine features, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, online platforms, and customer visits.
- Understand industrial machines, their working principles, applications, and technical specifications.
- Explain machine features, benefits, and technical details to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machine solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with the technical, production, and service teams to meet customer requirements.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert leads into sales.




- Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports.
- Visit customer sites for product demonstrations and technical discussions, as required.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of industrial machines, mechanical or electrical systems.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and machine specifications is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn about new machines and industrial technologies.
- Valuable negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to travel for customer visits, if required.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Freshers with a strong interest in machine technology and technical sales are welcome.
- Candidates should have a basic understanding of machines and their applications.
