We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Tester Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship program. This is a excellent opportunity for freshers who want hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and executing test cases based on project requirements
- Perform manual testing of web or mobile applications
- Identify, document, and report bugs and issues clearly
- Support regression and functional testing activities
- Work closely with developers and QA team members
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings
- Help maintain test documentation and reports
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts
- Familiarity with SDLC/STLC fundamentals
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of any bug tracking tool (e.g., Jira) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of manual testing (automation knowledge is a plus)
- Exposure to Agile methodologies is an advantage
