A Beauty Center Manager (or Salon/Academy Operations Manager) oversees the daily business functions, staff performance, customer service, and financial growth of a beauty or wellness facility

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Manage opening and closing procedures, front-desk coordination, and smooth appointment or batch scheduling.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate beauticians, hairstylists, receptionists, or trainers.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive product and service sales, handle customer/student inquiries, and track target conversions.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels for beauty products and equipment, place vendor orders, and manage supplies.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, hygiene, sanitation, and brand standards.
- Customer Relations: Resolve client complaints, follow up on feedback, and maintain high satisfaction rates

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
