Manager / Sr Manager: Retail, FOFO Store Sales (JITO)

**Role summary** Lead the onboarding of FOFO stores under the JITO program, using a robust retail background to expand the store network.
**Key responsibilities**
- Identify and onboard new FOFO store partners
- Present the FOFO model, commercials and support to prospective owners
- Manage the full cycle from lead to signed and operational store
- Track onboarding pipeline, conversions and timelines
- Build relationships with store owners to support long-term performance
- Report on store onboarding progress against targets
**Requirements**
- 8+ years of experience, with a retail or franchise-sales background
- Experience selling or onboarding retail or franchise stores
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and own targets
