Triveexa Fincorp is looking for confident and motivated candidates to handle customer calls, follow up on loan enquiries and support sales for personal loans, business loans, home loans, car loans and loans against property.
Responsibilities
- Call prospective customers and understand their loan requirements.
- Explain available loan options accurately, without promising approval.
- Follow up on enquiries and help customers complete their documentation.
- Maintain lead records and daily follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the processing team on application status.
- Build customer relationships and work towards agreed sales targets.
- For the sales role, develop referral partnerships and attend client meetings as required.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Class 12; graduates preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and WhatsApp Business.
- A polite telephone manner and strong follow-up skills.
- Freshers may apply; experience in telecalling, banking, loans or sales is an advantage.
- Responsible handling of confidential customer information.
