- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Expand distributor, retail, and corporate sales networks across North India.
- Open new markets and identify high-growth opportunities.
- Secure corporate tie-ups and strategic partnerships.
- Drive retail channel development and strengthen market presence.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional sales team.
- Develop scalable sales systems, processes, and performance metrics.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure sustainable revenue growth while maintaining profitability.

We're Looking For

- 7–10 years of experience in the Protein, Sports Nutrition,



Health Food, or FMCG industry.
- Strong network with distributors, retailers, modern trade, General Trade and corporate clients.
- Proven expertise in market expansion, channel development, and business growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience in launching products, expanding territories, and driving profitable growth.
