Job Overview

Vibrant Ideas is looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and quick-learning interns who are willing to gain practical experience across different business functions. The role will involve supporting daily operations, coordinating with various departments, and assisting the team with ongoing projects and assignments.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist different departments with daily tasks, projects, and operational activities as required.
- Support HR and recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining records.
- Assist the sales and marketing team with lead generation, client follow-ups, research, and promotional activities.
- Support digital marketing and content-related activities, including social media updates and basic content creation.
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Maintain reports, spreadsheets, databases, and other official records.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and other research activities as assigned.




- Follow up on pending tasks and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and complete tasks within the given deadlines.
- Perform additional duties as required by the company.

Requirements

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Willingness to learn and work across multiple departments.
- Proactive attitude with good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Freshers and students looking for practical industry exposure are welcome.
