· Qualified Chartered Accountant - CA

· Post qualification experience in Corporate and audit firms – Minimum 1 year to maximum of 3 years.

Job description

· Good knowledge in direct and indirect taxation.

- Shall be responsible for conducting, preparing tax audit reports and representation for our clientele with department.

· Shall assist the Partner in delivering timely, accurate and reliable data to the clientele.

* Shall be responsible for conducting, preparing tax audit reports and representation for our clientele with department.

* Technical expertise and academic knowledge on the Income tax Laws

* Practical exposure in Tax audits and filing of income tax returns for companies.

* Working knowledge on Income tax assessments, reassessments and appeals.

* Knowledge on Transfer Pricing Regulations under Income tax and related compliances.

* Practical exposure on various Income tax compliances,



like ETDS returns, filing of tax returns, 15CA/15CB certification, 3CEB filing, etc.

* Good written and verbal communication

· Shall assist in preparation of documentation for Income Tax hearing and appeal

. Positive knowledge in taxation applicable for Charitable Trusts, handling assessments, etc

· Completing client projects effectively and efficiently and also maintaining a high level of proficiency and confidentiality.

· Broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture.
