Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist (BDS) at TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospect identification, inside sales, market research, and engaging with decision-makers to identify potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify prospective customers through research and outreach.
- Connect with decision-makers, C-level executives, and managers to explore business opportunities.
- Execute inside sales and business development activities.
- Conduct market research and profile potential customers.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Adopt a consultative approach to understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain prospect databases and update lead information regularly.

Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic IT and computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and databases is preferred.
- Knowledge of CCNA and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
