We are looking for a proactive and research-oriented Conference Producer to join our Mumbai team and contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality business conferences and summits.

Key Responsibilities
Research industry trends and identify relevant conference topics and themes.
Develop conference agendas, session formats, and panel discussions.
Identify, approach, and coordinate with senior executives and industry experts as speakers.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and delegate profiles.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align conference content with sponsorship opportunities.
Monitor competitor conferences and industry developments.




Manage multiple conference projects and ensure timely content development.

Requirements
1–3 years of relevant experience in conference production, B2B events, business research, or content development.
Strong research, analytical, and content-development skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence in approaching and engaging senior-level professionals and industry experts.
Ability to develop compelling conference agendas and identify relevant speakers.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and online research tools.
