We are looking for a hands-on individual contributor to handle statutory compliance, accounts, payroll and banking for our organisation, and to support management with financial analysis and documentation.
Who we are looking
- Candidates with Commerce Background with Strong Academics(, completed CA articleship are preferred).
- Candidate with Valuable knowledge of Tally, Excel and GST.
- Handson and execution focused- takes ownership and gets work done independently.
- Works quickly while staying accurate, with strong attention to detail.
- Works in a structured, efficient way and solves problems logically.
- Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and filing GST and TDS returns.
- Support EPF, ESIC and LWF filings and payments.
- Pass Tally entries,
vouch transactions and help with bank reconciliation.
- Assist in monthly salary processing and employee claims.
- Process payments and check bank balances under supervision.
- Help with SOFTEX/SERF and other monthly filings.
- Maintain compliance trackers, work checklists and shared drive folders.
- Prepare documents for signing, scanning and filing.
- ROC/MCA filings and company secretarial work
- Internal audit and consolidation of accounts
- Financial projections and valuations
- Drafting agreements and startup registrations.
Required Freshers (0-1 yr Experience)
Salary Package- 3 to 5.5 LPA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
