Axium Global is a leading provider of MEP engineering design and BIM solutions, supporting international projects across the building services and construction sectors.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Fabrication Detailer to join our MEP team at our Delivery Centre in Andheri, Mumbai. The role involves working with leading Australian MEP consulting firms on flagship projects, developing coordinated 3D BIM models and producing accurate, fabrication-ready HVAC ductwork models, shop drawings and installation documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop HVAC ductwork models, fittings, transitions and connections using Revit Fabrication and relevant Autodesk fabrication tools.
- Prepare fabrication-ready shop drawings, spool drawings, assembly drawings and installation documentation.
- Develop LOD 300–400 fabrication models, including hangers, supports, penetrations and builder’s work drawings, as required.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and manage coordination issues through Revizto.
- Coordinate HVAC services with other MEP disciplines, architectural and structural elements.
- Update models and drawings based on design changes, site conditions and project requirements.
- Ensure all models and drawings comply with Australian Standards, BIM standards,



project specifications and quality requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant Diploma.
- Alternatively, ITI/NCTVT certification in HVAC drafting with relevant experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC/MEP drafting, modelling or fabrication detailing.
- Hands-on experience with Revit Fabrication is essential.
- Knowledge of HVAC ductwork fabrication practices, shop drawings and installation procedures.
- Familiarity with Australian drafting standards and Australian project experience will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks, Revizto and BIM coordination workflows is preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
