Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Boiler and Cathode Supervisor to oversee boiler operations, cathode processing activities, production monitoring, equipment operation, and shop-floor manpower. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, product quality, workplace safety, and adherence to production targets and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and supervise daily boiler operations and cathode processing activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery related to boiler and cathode processes.
- Monitor production output, process parameters, and product quality as per established standards.
- Allocate work to operators and contract labour and monitor manpower productivity.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor boiler operating parameters, maintain operational logs, and report abnormalities to the concerned team.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and applicable boiler operating standards.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for equipment breakdowns, preventive maintenance,



and operational issues.
- Maintain shift-wise production reports, equipment records, attendance, and other operational documentation.
- Identify process deviations and take corrective action in coordination with the Production Manager.
- Ensure housekeeping, 5S practices, and a safe working environment on the shop floor.
- Report production performance, downtime, manpower issues, and operational challenges to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of boiler operations and cathode processing activities.
- Experience in production supervision and shop-floor operations.
- Ability to handle manpower and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of equipment operation, process monitoring, and quality control.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, PPE compliance, and housekeeping practices.
- Valuable reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any degree from a recognised institution.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, metal processing, recycling, or a related industry.
- Candidates with practical experience in boiler operations and cathode processing will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
