Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Hardware & Network Engineer to be stationed permanently at our sugar factory client site. This is a residential role requiring you to live on-site to ensure minimal downtime for critical factory IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and support of all computer hardware and network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals across the factory and administrative offices.
- Network Support: Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- On-Site Support:
Provide immediate technical support to factory staff and management to minimize operational disruptions.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular checks on servers, CCTV systems, and network cables to prevent failures.
- Documentation: Maintain inventory of IT assets and log all technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in hardware and network troubleshooting.
- Willingness to reside on-site (accommodation provided).
- Ability to work in an industrial workplace.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
