- Calling & Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients, B2B leads, and industrial prospects to introduce APR Cranes' products and services.
- Lead Follow-Up: Timely follow-up with existing leads, pending inquiries, quotations sent, and warm prospects to close sales or schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Data Management (MS Excel): Maintain and update client databases, lead status, caller feedback, and follow-up schedules accurately on Excel spreadsheets.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call status reports (e.g., total calls made, interested leads, follow-ups scheduled, conversion rates) and present them to upper management.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming customer inquiries, understand client requirements, and forward qualified leads to the technical/sales engineering team.
- Relationship Management: Maintain qualified rapport with clients to build trust and long-term business relationships.
Key Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (10+2) in any discipline.
- Experience: 1+ years in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Care, or Lead Generation (Industrial/B2B sector experience is a plus).
- Computer Skills:
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with MS Office suite and email etiquette.
