- Call customers regularly and generate sales orders.
- Inform customers about product prices, offers, schemes, and availability.
- Take orders accurately and enter them into the system.
- Follow up with customers for repeat orders and pending requirements.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the sales and billing teams.
- Maintain daily calling records and achieve sales targets.
