Job SummaryWe are looking for a data-driven and analytical Accounts Executive to manage our daily financial operations and elevate our financial reporting. In this role, you will move beyond traditional bookkeeping to leverage Advanced Excel and Power BI. You will be responsible for transforming raw financial data into interactive dashboards to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.Key Responsibilities

- Financial Data Management: Oversee daily accounting entries, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoicing, and general ledger maintenance.
- Advanced Excel Reporting: Utilize complex formulas (XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Dynamic Arrays), Pivot Tables, and Power Query to clean, model, and analyze large financial datasets.
- Power BI & Dashboard Creation: Design, build, and maintain automated Power BI dashboards and MIS reports to track key financial metrics, cash flow, and profitability.
- Reconciliation & Automation: Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations, utilizing automation tools to streamline the month-end closing process.
- Taxation & Compliance: Prepare accurate data sheets and financial summaries for GST filing, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliances.
- Budgeting & Variance Analysis:



Track actual expenditure against financial budgets and use interactive visuals to highlight financial variances and trends.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / BBA / M.Com).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a core accounting or financial analyst role.
- Technical Skills (Mandatory):
- Advanced MS Excel: Mastery of Power Query, Power Pivot, Data Modeling, and advanced financial formulas.
- Power BI: Practical experience with DAX formulas, data visualization, and publishing automated dashboards.
- ERP Systems: Experience working with modern cloud-based accounting software or ERPs (e.g., Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics). Note: Tally knowledge is not required.
- Soft Skills: Robust analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
