Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Job Summary :

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining accurate data related to jewellery production, inventory, customer orders, and daily business operations. The role requires positive typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities :

- Enter daily jewellery production and order details into the company system.
- Update jewellery item codes, product descriptions, weights, quantities, and other relevant details.
- Maintain accurate records of gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, and other jewellery materials, as applicable.
- Enter and update CAD design details, job cards, and production status.
- Maintain records of jewellery stock, finished goods, and work-in-progress items.
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors in the system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Coordinate with CAD designers,



production, inventory, and accounts teams to collect and verify information.
- Maintain digital files, documents, and confidential company records.
- Complete data entry tasks within the assigned deadlines.

Qualifications :

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry software.
- Experience in jewellery manufacturing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of jewellery terminology, product codes, and weight records is an advantage.

- Basic numerical and calculation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to organize records and meet deadlines.
- Honesty and confidentiality in handling company data.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
