We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – CFS Buildings with strong expertise in Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) building projects and experience working on US-based projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing studio operations, leading technical teams, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring quality and timely completion of CFS building design and detailing packages.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US construction practices, CFS framing systems, structural detailing, and project coordination, along with proven leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the studio team responsible for delivering US-based CFS building projects.
- Oversee CFS building design coordination, framing layouts, wall panels, floor systems, and roof trusses.
- Review and ensure the quality of structural drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection plans.
- Coordinate with US-based clients, architects, structural engineers, consultants, and fabrication teams.
- Ensure project deliverables comply with applicable US building codes, AISI standards, and project specifications.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, workload distribution, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, detailers, and BIM team members.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to CFS design, detailing, fabrication, and construction.
- Implement quality control procedures and improve studio workflows and productivity.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in CFS building projects, structural detailing, or engineering project delivery.
- Prior experience managing teams or leading a technical studio is required.

Required Skills and Experience

- Strong knowledge of Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) framing systems and building construction.
- Proven experience delivering US-based CFS residential or commercial building projects.
- Good understanding of US building codes, AISI standards, and structural detailing practices.
- Experience with shop drawings, fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, FrameCAD, or other relevant CFS detailing and BIM tools.
- Strong project management, team leadership, and resource planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with international clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing offshore engineering or detailing teams supporting US projects.
- Knowledge of CFS manufacturing, fabrication, and erection processes.
- Experience working with US-based clients, consultants, and contractors.
