Compensation:
Up to ₹15,000 (in-hand) along with PF, ESI, and performance-based incentives
4 Rs/- will be provided on a per kilometer basis
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of internship or hands-on experience in blood sample collection
- Own bike and a valid driving license (mandatory) / Cycle (mandatory)
- Valuable patient handling and communication skills
Shift: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Work Schedule: 6 days working with 1 fixed weekly off
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection of blood samples from patients’ homes
- Ensuring proper labeling and safe handling of samples
- Adhering to hygiene and safety protocols at all times
- Coordinating effectively with the laboratory team
- Supporting basic center-level business development activities (incentive-based).
