Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Work Mode: Full-time, On-site
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Telesales Executive responsible for generating leads through social media platforms (mainly Instagram), handling inbound and outbound calls, and converting leads into successful client closures.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, comfortable with sales conversations, and motivated by targets and incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through Instagram and other social media platforms
- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
- Convert leads into successful closures
- Maintain daily lead tracking and update records accurately
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and clearly explain services
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills (English not mandatory)
- Comfortable in calling and client interaction
- Basic understanding of Instagram and social media platforms
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and remain consistent
- Freshers or candidates with sales/calling experience can apply
