Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels, providing accurate information and timely resolutions. Responsibilities include documenting interactions, troubleshooting basic issues,



escalating complex problems, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, collaborating with internal teams to resolve cases, and contributing feedback to improve customer experience processes.
