Soft Skills Session, Communicative English, and Basic Computer session
- Implementing training programs that are aligned with our objectives, including designing assessments
- Evaluating candidate readiness for training by way of counselling
- Presenting training sessions that are engaging and interactive to help participants retain information
- Conducting needs assessments to understand what candidates already know and what they need to learn next
- Measuring the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations with participants and managers after a course has been completed
- Coordinating with other members of the organization to develop and deliver training programs
- Creating resources to support learning objectives such as videos, or podcasts based on the content
- Conducting training sessions in person
- Preparing the trainees for interview by conducting relevant interview skills training
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
