Job description

Responsibilities

- Coordinate customer discovery sessions, workshops, assessments, and requirement-gathering activities.
- Understand customer business challenges and translate them into clear business, functional, and solution requirements.
- Collaborate with Cloud, AI, Data, Security, and Infrastructure architects to develop customer-centric solution approaches.
- Coordinate and support RFI, RFP, RFQ, proposal, SOW, estimation, and presentation activities.
- Identify and articulate opportunities for Cloud migration, AI adoption, automation, data modernization, and digital transformation.
- Act as a key liaison between Sales, Presales, Solution Architecture, Delivery, and Customer stakeholders.
- Project manage presales workshops, assessments, and consulting engagements typically ranging from 40–100 hours.
- Track presales project plans, milestones, dependencies, actions, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain business requirements, meeting notes, solution documents, proposals, presentations, and other presales documentation.
- Coordinate solution estimates, effort calculations, commercials, assumptions, dependencies, and scope with relevant stakeholders.
- Support sales teams during customer presentations, solution discussions, negotiations, and deal closure activities.
- Maintain and continuously improve presales templates, case studies, reusable solution artifacts, presentations, and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure appropriate handover of finalized opportunities and documentation to delivery teams.




- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Minimum Education

- Any Graduate
- Engineering Graduate preferred
- Post Graduate / MBA preferred but not mandatory

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years of project management / business analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience in presales coordination or presales business analysis.
- Experience managing customer-facing workshops, discovery sessions, assessments, or consulting engagements.
- Strong understanding of business requirements gathering and documentation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured solution requirements.
- Experience coordinating with technical architects and cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, SOWs, estimations, and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong articulation and presentation abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
- Strong documentation and process orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
- Solid ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
- Flexible and comfortable working with stakeholders across India, Australia, APAC, and MEA time zones.
- Ability to work independently and drive activities with minimal supervision.
