EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT CUM HOUSE MANAGER

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive candidate to manage our household and work as a personal assistant. You will oversee daily home operations, supervise household staff, track inventory and supplies, coordinate maintenance and vendor visits, manage household budgets and expenses, plan and monitor meals and grocery needs, and ensure the home runs smoothly and stays well maintained. You will also handle personal assistant duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, making bookings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence and calls, and running errands as needed.

This role requires flexibility. You should be comfortable working from home or from the office/work location as the need arises, and be willing to adapt your schedule and tasks to changing priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily household activities and routines

- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate domestic staff (cook, cleaners, driver, etc.)

- Maintain inventory of groceries, supplies, and household items; place orders on time

- Coordinate repairs, maintenance,



and service providers

- Track household expenses and maintain basic records

- Provide personal assistance: appointments, reminders, bookings, and errands

- Be flexible to work from home or the office/work location as required

- Make and take calls related to home or work matters whenever needed, and relay messages accurately

REQUIREMENTS

- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken), with the ability to read English

- Robust organizational and time-management skills

- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to handle both home and work-related tasks

- Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable

- Prior experience in house management or personal assistance preferred

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week, with one weekly off

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month (As per the candidate's past experience and package)
