Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR operations within a hospitality workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection for hospitality positions.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee benefits.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Monitor performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce planning updates.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfil staffing requirements.
