About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery initiatives and drive high-performing Scrum teams within a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile transformation practices, along with a strong technical background in software development. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Development Teams, and Business Stakeholders to promote Agile best practices, improve delivery effectiveness, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The candidate will play a key role in scaling Agile adoption and delivering high-quality software solutions across multiple teams.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum, Kanban,



and Agile best practices to improve delivery outcomes and team effectiveness.
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure user stories are clearly defined, prioritized, and supported by acceptance criteria.
- Identify, track, and remove delivery impediments impacting team productivity and sprint commitments.
- Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives across teams and programs.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Utilize Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps to manage backlogs, track progress, and provide delivery visibility.
- Monitor Agile metrics including velocity, burn-down charts, sprint forecasting, and team performance indicators.
- Support release planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and program-level coordination activities.
- Foster collaboration between development teams, architects, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
- Promote Agile engineering practices and encourage continuous delivery and DevOps adoption.
- Support distributed teams and enterprise-scale Agile delivery programs.
- Drive Agile transformation initiatives and establish scalable Agile delivery frameworks.
- Mentor team members and Scrum Masters on Agile principles and delivery excellence.
- Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement across the organization.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8–12 years of overall IT experience with a strong background in Agile delivery and software development.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Agile coaching, and Agile transformation methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Agile lifecycle management tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics, sprint planning, velocity tracking, release planning, and forecasting.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.




- Experience leading Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of software development experience in technologies such as Core Java, Python, Angular.
- Hands-on knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Python, Flask, FastAPI.
- Experience working with HTML5, JavaScript, Angular.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), engineering practices, and modern application architectures.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Agile delivery programs and distributed development teams.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Experience managing multiple Agile teams or large-scale Agile programs is preferred.
