Job Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Recruitment Specialist with mandatory experience in a recruitment agency, consultancy, or staffing firm.

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries.
- Manage bulk hiring and multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Conduct PAN-India recruitment for entry, mid, and senior-level positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
- Manage screening, interviews, negotiations, follow-ups, and offer closures.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment pipelines, TATs, and MIS.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure successful candidate joining.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Recruitment agency, consultancy,



or staffing experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring and multiple-industry recruitment.
- PAN-India recruitment exposure.
- Excellent sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment mandates and targets.

Additional Advantage: Client sourcing or business development experience and an established candidate or client database.
