We are seeking an energetic, goal-driven Telecalling Executive to join our banking loan processing team. In this role, you will reach out to potential customers, introduce various loan products (Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans), verify eligibility, and guide applicants through the initial documentation and application stages.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of telecalling or telesales experience (prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or loan processing is a strong advantage; freshers with robust communication skills are welcome).
- Communication Skills: Fluent in [e.g., English / Hindi / Regional Language].

Key Responsibilities





- Make outbound calls to verified leads and prospective customers to introduce retail and commercial loan products.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest appropriate loan options.
- Explain interest rates, repayment tenures, terms, and eligibility criteria clearly.
- Collect and verify preliminary KYC documents and financial details from interested borrowers.
