Sr. Executive / AM / DM – Customer Service (Ocean Import)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end ocean import shipments (FCL/LCL) from pre-alert to final delivery.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, CHAs, transporters, and CFS/ICDs.
- Manage import documentation, IGM, BL, DO, and customs clearance coordination.
- Monitor vessel arrivals, free time, demurrage, and detention.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and shipment-related issues.
- Supervise the operations team and coordinate billing and vendor settlements.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a freight forwarding company.
- Robust knowledge of ocean import operations and customer service.
- Global customer relations and team handling experience preferred.
