Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR team with daily HR and administrative activities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Support attendance, leave, and basic HR documentation.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and other required documents.
Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related requirements.
Support other HR activities and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
