Job Description: Customer Success Executive

Reports to: Customer Success Manager / Management

Role Summary

The Customer Success Executive guides customers through enquiries, orders, delivery updates, and service issues. The role coordinates with sales, production, quality control, and dispatch teams to keep customers informed and ensure a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Understand customer requirements for corporate apparel, retail orders, and customisation.
- Share accurate information about products, pricing, sizes, order timelines, and payment terms.
- Record enquiries, quotations, approvals, payments, and follow-up dates.
- Coordinate with sales, production, quality control, and dispatch teams to track orders.
- Keep customers updated on order progress and delivery commitments.
- Follow up on pending approvals, payments, and customer feedback.




- Listen to customer concerns, document them, and coordinate a timely resolution.
- Maintain clear and complete customer records.
- Escalate delays, quality concerns, and unresolved issues to the manager.

Requirements

- Good spoken and written communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer skills, including WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and order tracking.
- Friendly, patient, and professional approach.
- Robust follow-up, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in customer success, retail, apparel, or order coordination is preferred.

- Timely responses and regular customer updates.
- Accurate order records and follow-ups.
- Reliable communication about order commitments.
- Professional handling of customer concerns.
- Positive customer feedback.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
