We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth for Havells Home Decor Lighting portfolio across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and managing the dealer/distributor network, expanding market presence, ensuring product visibility, and building strong relationships with channel partners and key customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Implement company schemes, promotions, and trade offers effectively through the channel.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, branding, and visibility at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales,Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service for smooth business operations.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong B2B/B2C sales and channel management experience.




- Excellent knowledge of dealer and distributor management.
- Strong territory management and market development skills.
- Good understanding of the consumer durables, electrical, electronics, home appliances, or lighting industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare business plans.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of local market dynamics and retail networks.
- Result-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

Experience

- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in:
- Consumer Durables
- Electrical & Electronics
- Home Appliances
- Lighting
- FMCG
- Building Materials
- Retail/Channel Sales

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
