We need a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage our interior project sites (flats, villas, offices).

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily site supervision – carpentry, false ceiling works

- Manage carpenters and other workers at site

- Check measurements and ensure work is done as per drawing / 3D design

- Coordinate with clients, designers, and office

- Material purchase, stock checking, and timely delivery to site

- Ensure project completes on time with positive finishing quality

- Send daily site photos & work progress report to office

- Handle client queries at site professionally

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-4 years experience as Interior / Construction Site Supervisor

- Must know to read AutoCAD drawings and take measurements

- Two-wheeler + License mandatory

- Good communication in Malayalam, Hindi (basic), and English

- Leadership skills and ability to handle 2-3 sites at a time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
