Key Responsibilities

- Daily Maintenance & Repairs: Inspect, repair, and maintain lighting fixtures, power distribution panels, wiring, switches, sockets, and circuit breakers (MCBs/DBs) across guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, banquet halls, and kitchens.
- Equipment & Infrastructure Support: Monitor and maintain backup generators (DG sets), transformers, UPS systems, motors, pumps, elevators, geysers, and emergency lighting systems.
- HVAC & Appliances: Assist with electrical connections and routine checks for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) units.
- Troubleshooting & Emergency Response: Diagnose electrical faults promptly and respond immediately to power failures or electrical breakdowns to minimize guest disruption.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled checks on electrical assets to prevent unexpected system failures.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow local electrical codes, safety regulations, and hotel fire/safety protocols.
- Record Keeping: Log maintenance activities, service repairs, and keep track of electrical tools and inventory.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
