Hiring: Sales Associate – B2B & B2C

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
- Reach out to potential B2B clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and demonstrate Souveno AI's products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Research target industries and identify new markets and business opportunities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, client meetings, and sales negotiations.




- Ability to understand customer needs and explain solutions effectively.
- A target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting is preferred.
- Experience selling SaaS products, software solutions, IT services, or technology products is an advantage.

Compensation

- Salary: Up to ₹10,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills.
