Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee overall business operations, sales, production, projects, finance, HR, and administration.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily business operations and departmental activities.
- Develop business strategies and achieve company targets.
- Lead sales, marketing, production, and project teams.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and business performance.
- Ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Set departmental KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Report business performance and strategic recommendations to the Managing Director.

Requirements:

- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial project management.
- Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of budgeting, sales growth, and operational management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
