We Are Hiring For US IT Recruiter - ECIL Location.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain candidate records and provide regular recruitment status updates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
