We are looking for a skilled BMS Technician to install, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems in commercial and residential buildings.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot BMS equipment and control systems.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, and other integrated building systems.
- Identify and resolve faults in sensors, controllers, and control panels.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth system operation.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in BMS maintenance and troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, sensors, controllers, and automation.
- Ability to diagnose technical faults and work independently.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
