Aureate Labs is a leading eCommerce development agency specializing in B2C and D2C brands. We help businesses build exceptional shopping experiences and drive growth through cutting-edge technology and digital solutions.

We are looking for a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Expert to join our team in Surat. If you have hands-on experience in performance marketing, Google Shopping Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversions while reducing customer acquisition costs.
- Manage Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and Meta Catalog campaigns.
- Set up and monitor GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create performance-focused ad creatives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with advertising trends, platform changes,



and eCommerce marketing strategies.

Skills & Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Practical knowledge of Google Shopping Ads and Performance Max campaigns.
- Understanding of eCommerce metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV, and LTV.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and product feed management.
- Strong analytical, optimization, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work with creative teams and develop conversion-focused advertising strategies.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Google Ads or Meta certifications are an added advantage.
