We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to join our healthcare team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain SVF Therapy and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert leads into appointments and sales.
- Schedule video consultations with doctors.
- Maintain customer details and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the marketing team.
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience; freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Healthcare sales experience is an advantage.
