Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing intuitive user interfaces for websites and mobile applications, along with strong graphic design skills across digital media, branding, and marketing materials.The candidate should be proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, with experience in CorelDRAW for print design. They should have a strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, visual communication, and brand consistency.A portfolio demonstrating website and mobile app designs, branding, marketing creatives, and other relevant design work is required.

Key Responsibilities
1. UI/UX Design

- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and reusable UI components using Figma.
- Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Prepare design specifications and assets for development handover.
- Incorporate feedback and refine designs based on usability, business requirements, and stakeholder input.

2. Graphic Design & Branding

- Develop creative concepts and visual assets aligned with the company's brand identity.
- Create social media creatives, digital advertisements, infographics, website banners, and promotional materials.
- Design logos, icons, illustrations, and other branding assets as required.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, layouts,



and visual communication across digital platforms.
- Support marketing campaigns with engaging and visually consistent creative content.

3. Print Design

- Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, and other print materials.
- Use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW to create and prepare design assets.
- Ensure print-ready files meet the required dimensions, resolution, color modes, and production specifications.

4. Collaboration & Delivery

- Work closely with developers, marketers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple design assignments and prioritize work according to deadlines.
- Communicate design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Maintain organized design files, reusable assets, and documentation.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX practices, design trends, and relevant tools.

5. Additional Responsibilities

- Edit short promotional videos, social media clips, and reels using basic video editing tools, as required.
- Support other creative and design-related tasks based on project requirements.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

- Figma: UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, components, auto layout, and design collaboration.
- Adobe Photoshop: Image editing, retouching, digital layouts, and creative asset development.
- Adobe Illustrator: Vector graphics, icons, illustrations, and branding assets.
- CorelDRAW: Print layouts and preparation of print-ready artwork.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, visual hierarchy, and layout principles.




- Good understanding of responsive design and UI/UX fundamentals, including user flows, navigation, usability, and consistency.
- Ability to design for websites, mobile applications, digital marketing, and print media.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand requirements and take creative direction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects.

Experience & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience creating website and mobile application interfaces, marketing creatives, and branding materials.
- Experience collaborating with developers and stakeholders throughout the design-to-development process.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating practical design work across UI/UX and graphic design is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, business applications, or other web-based products.
- Familiarity with design systems, reusable components, and developer handoff workflows.
- Basic video editing skills for social media content and promotional campaigns.
- Awareness of accessibility principles and current UI/UX design trends.

Application Requirement: Candidates must share a portfolio showcasing their UI/UX projects and graphic design work.

Pay: Up to ₹32,420.00 per month
