Performance Marketing Executive – B2C / D2C We’re hiring a performance marketer with 4+ years of experience driving online sales for consumer brands. Location: Hyderabad | Full time What you’ll do: - Manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns. - Plan budgets, test creatives and grow campaigns that deliver results. - Improve customer acquisition costs, ROAS and website conversions. - Coordinate with content creators and designers on ads. - Track performance and share clear weekly reports. What we’re looking for: - Hands-on experience growing a B2C or D2C brand. - Strong understanding of paid advertising, retargeting and conversion tracking. - Ability to manage campaigns independently and show results from previous work. - Beauty, personal care or e-commerce experience preferred.
