Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Telecaller for IT Sales who will handle outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and persuasion skills, with a basic understanding of IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services and software solutions.
- Handle inbound inquiries from prospects,



understand their requirements, and explain company offerings.
- Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions, leads, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call as assigned.
- Answer basic technical queries and provide accurate information regarding services offered.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Provide excellent customer service.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in IT / SaaS / Tech services telecalling or inside sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualification:
