Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to international holiday packages and travel services.
- Understand customer travel preferences, budgets, and requirements to recommend suitable packages.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, messages, and other business communication channels.
- Explain international tour packages, itineraries, inclusions, pricing, and travel options to prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings through effective communication and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.

- Candidates with experience in international travel, tour packages, travel consultancy, tourism, or holiday sales will have an advantage.
